Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 77bf platform, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, and account services available at https://77bf.club. By registering an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.

Player Eligibility & Age Restriction

To create an account and participate in any activity on the 77bf platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration.

Account Registration & Player Responsibilities

When you register an account with 77bf, you agree to provide complete and accurate information as prompted during the sign-up process. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your password and account details secure at all times. You must notify 77bf immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 77bf will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to keep login details secure.

• Do not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password and update it regularly to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.

Account Verification (KYC)

77bf may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawal requests or at any point deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in your account being restricted or suspended.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

77bf supports a range of payment methods trusted by players across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile wallets, as well as major bank transfers through Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Deposit Rules

All deposits must come from a payment method that is registered in your own name. 77bf does not accept third-party deposits. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable fees are displayed within the Cashier section of your account. Deposits are generally credited instantly or within a few minutes.

• Funds deposited must be used for betting purposes; unused deposits exceeding 90 days may be subject to administrative review.
• 77bf reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for any deposit at any time.
• Deposits made using unauthorised or fraudulent payment instruments will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds.
• Currency conversion fees (if any) are borne by the player and are not the responsibility of 77bf.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and can only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit in your name. Processing times vary by method but 77bf aims to fulfil all withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval. Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to processing. 77bf reserves the right to decline any withdrawal request that does not meet the stated criteria, and to conduct additional checks as required.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

77bf periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other time-limited offers exclusively for registered players. The following standard conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus offers are valid for one account per household, device, or IP address. Duplicate accounts attempting to claim the same bonus will be disqualified.
• 77bf reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotional reward if abuse or irregularity is detected, including co-ordinated betting strategies designed to minimise risk.
• Bonus expiry dates apply. Unused bonus credit or free spins that expire will be removed from the account without replacement or compensation.

Betting Rules & Fair Play

All bets placed on 77bf are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market. In the event of a dispute or technical error, 77bf's decision is final and binding. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• Bets are only accepted when funds are clearly available in your account balance at the time of placement.
• Bets confirmed by the system are binding. Bets placed in error by the player cannot be reversed after confirmation.
• In cricket betting, if a match is abandoned or cancelled before the minimum number of overs required, bets will be settled according to the individual market rules published for that event.

Prohibited Activities & Enforcement

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77bf platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and potential legal action:

• Opening multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to exploit bonuses or evade restrictions.
• Collusion with other players or with site staff to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the platform for illegal financial transactions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.

Where prohibited activity is confirmed, 77bf will permanently close the account, void all associated bets and winnings, and retain any outstanding balance. 77bf may share relevant information with appropriate authorities where required by law.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 77bf platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, text, software code, and the overall site design, is the exclusive intellectual property of 77bf or its licensed content providers. Reproduction, distribution, public display, or creation of derivative works from any part of this content is strictly prohibited without express written consent from 77bf.

The 77bf name, logo, and all associated branding are protected marks. Any unauthorised use of 77bf's intellectual property may result in legal proceedings under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77bf and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, winnings, or account access due to technical failures, server outages, or maintenance periods.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.
